Shipping Services
- For Domestic: We often use USPS and FedEx services to ship our small items. We use bubble wrap, plastic wrap, papers, and …. To package the items. All items we ship with full insurance cover the item and tracking numbers.
- For international: We are located in San Jose, California, so we can ship our items to all over the world through USPS with tracking numbers. For the large items will be costed a lot.
- For large items: Due to size and weight, we will use uShip to ship large items with an affordable cost such as grandfather clocks, large wall clocks, and Cuckoo Clock. That takes 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
- We will add insurance, so please check the items carefully when they arrive.
- For new items: All items will be shipped free. Buyers are responsible for shipping return.
- We will combine shipping if you order more items.
- Some clocks need mirror adjusted after shipping.
- Please make the payment within 3 days. If you cannot make the payment within 3 days, please contact us. Otherwise, we will cancel the orders.
- We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Money Order, and Cash.
- All information are secured.
